Terms of Service + Refund Policy

Plain English. Not a substitute for a lawyer. Replace with counsel-reviewed terms before scaling spend/ads.

1. What you’re buying

Workflow Audit ($297): a written workflow map and recommendation based on the information you provide in intake. Optional live call is not required.

Setup (~$3,500 when quoted): a fixed-scope supervised automation/agent install and runbook for ONE workflow, only after a written quote you accept.

Optional retainer (~$500/mo when quoted): ongoing supervised ops help, only after a separate written quote you accept — never automatic and never included in the Audit price.

2. What you’re not buying

• We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, or business outcomes.
• We do not provide licensed legal, tax, medical, or investment advice.
• We do not sell unsupervised systems that send messages, move money, or take customer-facing actions without approval gates unless you explicitly configure otherwise in writing after Setup.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful intake info and timely access.
• Keep credentials secure; grant least-privilege access.
• Review approval gates before enabling outbound automation.

4. Delivery SLAs

Audit: written deliverable within 48 business hours after a complete intake submission (all required fields). Clock starts when intake is complete, not at payment alone.

Setup: timeline stated in the accepted quote (typically 7–14 business days after required access is granted).

5. Refunds

Audit — full refund if:

• We miss the 48-business-hour deliverable SLA after complete intake, or
• Deliverable is empty/nonresponsive to your stated workflow, or
• You request cancel before submitting intake (unused).

Audit — no refund after the deliverable is sent if it addresses your submitted workflow in good faith (you may still ask clarifying questions).

Setup: if we cannot meet the written success definition in the accepted quote due to our failure: full or partial refund as specified in the quote.

Chargebacks: contact support first; we honor this policy.

6. Chargebacks / disputes

If you file a dispute without contacting support, we will respond with delivery records (payment, intake, deliverable timestamps).

7. Limitation

Liability limited to fees paid for the specific product in the prior 90 days. No consequential damages.

8. Governing law

Oregon, USA (seller location), unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version linked at purchase applies to that order.
